TaleNest Bridge is built around one promise: what you share about your child and yourself stays yours. This is a plain-language summary — contact us for the full policy.
What we collect
Your account email, the moments you log (text, voice transcripts, quick-tap selections), check-ins, and basic usage needed to run the app.
How we use it
To generate your interpretations, surface patterns over time, and send your monthly insight email. That's it.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it. We do not train other companies' models on it, and we never train on it without your explicit consent.
Storage & security
Your data is encrypted at rest and access-controlled so only you (and a therapy center you explicitly join) can see your records.
Children
Bridge is for parents. Sibling Mode (8–17) is opt-in and requires explicit parent consent. We collect no diagnostic data about your child from others.
Your control
You can export or delete your data at any time. Email us and we'll help.
